We do not perform inspections, apply pesticides, set traps, remove wildlife, or provide any direct pest control services whatsoever.

When you submit a request through our platform, you are not hiring Virginia Pest Control to perform work on your property. Instead, you are authorizing us to share your contact information and service request details with one or more independent pest control companies or contractors who participate in our referral network. These third-party providers are solely responsible for any services they may offer, quotes they may provide, or contracts they may enter into with you.

Independent Contractors

All pest control professionals, exterminators, wildlife specialists, and other service providers accessible through our referral network are independent contractors. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Virginia Pest Control. Virginia Pest Control expressly disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from or related to services performed by independent contractors, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, ineffective treatments, environmental contamination, or disputes over pricing or scope of work. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any third-party service provider. Your recourse for any dissatisfaction or harm lies solely with the independent contractor who performed the services.

Verification Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility as a homeowner or property owner to verify the credentials, licensing, insurance, and qualifications of any pest control professional before engaging their services. In Virginia, pest control applicators must hold appropriate licenses issued by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
